La structure est gérée par l'Association Est Accompagnement (A.E.A) qui vient en aide aux personnes en difficulté sociale, à travers plusieurs missions : création de centres d'accueil et de services, développement dans le domaine économique et de la formation, action d'insertion ou de réinsertion socioprofessionnelle et intervention dans le domaine de la santé.
