La structure est gérée par l'association ADAGES REGAIN qui donne accès aux soins, à l'accompagnement social et à l'hébergement aux personnes en situation de précarité.

La structure dispose de 90 places, dont 80 sur Montpellier et 10 sur Lunel.
Les appartements sont en regroupé (studios, F1 et F2) ou en diffus (studio, T2, T3 et appartements en cohabitation).
En regroupé, la structure dispose de studios individuels pour les personnes isolées, couples et petites familles. Il y a également des espaces collectifs (salle polyvalente, bibliothèque...).
En diffus, le Centre d'hébergement d'urgence propose des logements en cohabitation (chambres privatives, sanitaires et cuisine partagés).
La durée d'hébergement est de 6 mois renouvelables auprès de la D.D.E.T.S (prolongation exceptionnelle par la D.D.E.T.S au delà d'un an).
