La structure est gérée par l'association Saint Benoît-Labre qui vient en aide aux plus démunis, quelque soit l'âge, notamment en les hébergeant et en les réinsérant.

La structure dispose de 2 chambres avec jardin pour l'accueil des chiens. Accueil possible avec un animal de compagnie en diffus comme en collectif.
La durée du séjour est de 6 mois renouvelables.
Le Centre d'hébergement et de réinsertion sociale dispose 144 places en diffus sur le site d'Atlas ainsi que de 8 places sur le Centre d'hébergement et de réinsertion sociale Vignoble réparties sur des appartements en colocation et des studios à Nantes. Un logement parentalité est également disponible.
Le restauration est ouvert de 12h à 12h30 et de 18h30 à 19h30.
