La structure est gérée par l'association GROUPE S.O.S qui lutte contre les exclusions en menant plusieurs actions de terrain pour combler les besoins des personnes les plus démunies, quelque soit leur âge.

La structure accueille et accompagne 120 ménages. Le Centre d'hébergement et de réinsertion sociale dispose de 120 logements situés dans Paris intra-muros, allant du studio au F3.
Le contrat de séjour est de 6 mois renouvelables mais la durée d'hébergement ne doit pas dépasser 2 ans.
