La structure est gérée par l'association ADAGES REGAIN qui donne accès aux soins, à l'accompagnement social et à l'hébergement aux personnes en situation de précarité.

L'hébergement se fait dans des chambres individuelles et des studios situés sur le site du Centre d'hébergement et de réinsertion sociale regroupé à La Mosson. La structure dispose de 4 chambres individuelles (douches et sanitaires individuels), de 6 studios (sanitaires et kitchenettes privatifs) ainsi que d'un espace collectif pour les repas.
Contrat de séjour de 1 à 3 mois renouvelables.
Permanence éducative 7h à 21h, 365 jours/an, tous les jours.
