La structure est gérée par l'association ADAGES REGAIN qui donne accès aux soins, à l'accompagnement social et à l'hébergement aux personnes en situation de précarité.

La structure dispose de 3 logements sur le site regroupé (studios et F1) et de 9 logements en diffus (T2, T3, T4) : logement/ménage et logement en cohabitation (chambre privative).
Contrat d'accueil d'un mois renouvelable, jusqu'au 3 ans de l'enfant, jusqu'à ce que la situation soit stable. Accueil des femmes enceintes.
15 ménages sont accueillis.
Permanence éducative : de 7h à 21h tous les jours.
