La structure est gérée par l'association ADAGES REGAIN qui donne accès aux soins, à l'accompagnement social et à l'hébergement aux personnes en situation de précarité.

Le Centre d'hébergement d'urgence dispose de 30 places, dont 15 places sur Montpellier et 15 places sur Lunel. Chaque logement en cohabitation dispose d'une ou plusieurs chambres, d'un salon qui fait salle à manger, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bain et de sanitaires.
Logements en diffus et en cohabitation (7 logements type T3, T4 et T5).
Contrat d'hébergement de 15 jours renouvelables, en lien avec l'orienteur et le S.I.A.O.
