La structure est gérée par l'association Acséa qui intervient dans plusieurs secteurs : social, médico-social et santé. L'association vient en aide aux enfants, adolescents et adultes en difficulté en les soutenant, en les accompagnant et en les protégeant.

Les départs se font à 11h les week-ends et jours fériés. Le centre est desservi par le Bus, arrêt "Demi-Lune" et également via le Tramway : arrêt "Gare SNCF".
