La structure est gérée par le C.C.A.S de Bordeaux. La Halte de jour propose aux personnes en situation de précarité un accueil bienveillant ainsi qu'une écoute attentive des besoins.

Accessibilité possible via le Tramway et le Bus, arrêt "Stalingrad".
Accueil de 90 personnes par jour dont 30 par heure sur trois créneaux horaires : 9h-10h, 10h-11h et 11h-12h.
Plusieurs permanences sont organisées :
- Du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 12h : médiation sociale
- Le mardi et jeudi matin de 9h à 12h : permanence sociale
- Deux jeudis par mois : P.A.S.S Mobile et E.M.S.P
- Une fois par mois ou sur demande : relai popote (atelier cuisine), sur inscription.
- Tous les premiers lundis du mois : R.E.S.F
- Deux fois par mois : La Cloche.
