La structure est gérée par la Fondation C.O.S d'Alexandre Glasberg qui a plusieurs missions : prendre soin des personnes âgées, aider les personnes en situation de handicap à devenir autonomes, accompagner et accueillir les demandeurs d'asile et les réfugiés et soutenir et héberger les personnes en difficulté.

La structure dispose de 18 logements allant du T1 au T3 (cuisine individuelle).
