La structure est gérée par l'association Gestare Gestion Animation Recherche, soutenue par la Fondation Abbé Pierre et qui propose des services dans le champ social pour aider les publics fragilisés. Son action s'appuie sur plusieurs valeurs : la potentialité de la personne accompagnée, la solidarité et la responsabilité envers les institutions et la personne accompagnée.

La structure dispose de 23 logements regroupés et équipés (cuisine, sanitaires...), adaptés pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi que d'une chambre d'amis.
La restauration est collective (cuisine et salle de restauration).
Contrat de séjour à durée indéterminée.
