La structure est gérée par l'association ADAGES REGAIN qui donne accès aux soins, à l'accompagnement social et à l'hébergement aux personnes en situation de précarité ainsi qu'aux personnes souffrant d'un handicap.

La structure dispose de logements accessibles et aménagés pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Les hébergements (allant du T1 au T2) sont regroupés et des espaces collectifs sont disponibles (salle commune et cuisine collectives).
La durée d'hébergement varie en fonction des situations.
